Cancellation
If for any reason the clients cancel the booking, there will not be any refund of any paid amount. The Clients shall be liable to pay the total price contracted.
For cancellations caused by fortuitous bookings such as floods, typhoons, or earthquakes, we will reschedule or refund the booking.
Refunding or rebooking without additional fees are allowed should any Covid complications arise that may affect your cruise. A proof will be required before confirming eligibility.
