- Boarding at 9:15 AM, please arrive at the hangar at 9:00 AM.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and houses. Violators will be fined Php1,500.00
- Bringing of food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
- No pets allowed inside the resort.
- Please wear easy-to-remove shoes. Some houses require removing shoes upon entry.
- Please be advised that the Guided Heritage Tour is a 30 minute - 1 hour WALKING TOUR. The Scheduled tour is at 10:30 AM.
- If you wish to change the booking time, kindly coordinate with us.

- Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to travel. Between 3 to 7 days before the flight, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Within 72 hours, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
- No-shows will be charged in full.Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on Philippines local time (GMT+8).I
- If canceled due to weather or safety reasons, guests may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.
- For Las Casas visit, rebooking is allowed but cancellations are not permitted.
